Tribute to William H. Ramsey (2015)

Former OEOP Executive Director and MITES 1993 alumnus Dedric Carter '98, MNG '99, MBA '14 paid tribute to William H. Ramsey '51 at the MITES 40th Anniversary Launch Party, 18 July 2015. Ramsey directed MITES from 1988 until his death in 1995.
