Community Fellows Program

The Community Fellows Program increased the number of active community underrepresented minority leaders on campus at MIT during the early 1970's. As part of the Department of Urban Studies and Planning, the program enabled a selected group of local leaders to spend the equivalent of an academic year at MIT working with faculty on projects of special importance to them and to their organizations or communities.
